Hi, I’m Joanie! I started this journey because I know how hard it can be to have an unhealthy relationship with food. For over two years, I struggled with binge eating, driven by a desire to be skinny and an obsession with counting calories.

This affected my health and happiness, leading to problems like an irregular cycle and constant comparison to others. I tried countless diets and workouts, but nothing worked long-term. Eventually, I realized that many young women face similar challenges, and I wanted to help.

My goal is to show that making good food choices doesn’t have to be complicated. Finding the right information about healthy eating can be tough, and I’m here to make it easier.

I’m not a chef, doctor, or nutritionist—just someone who loves to cook and has spent years learning about nutrition through self-study. I’m sharing what works for me in the hope of inspiring and empowering you to build a healthier relationship with food.
