Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (170 g) plain Greek yogurt or skyr

  • 1 scoop (30 g) chocolate protein powder

  • ¼ cup (40 g) raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp (15 g) chocolate chips

  • Optional:

    • 1 tsp flax seeds or chia seeds

    • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Mix the base:
Add yogurt and chocolate protein powder to a bowl. Stir well until fully combined and smooth. If the mixture feels too thick, add 1–2 tsp of milk or water to loosen.

  2. Add extras:
Stir in flax or chia seeds if using. Let sit for 2–3 minutes so the seeds can absorb some moisture and thicken slightly.

  3. Top and serve:
Add raspberries on top — if using frozen, let them thaw a bit or mash into the yogurt for a fruity swirl. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Tips

  • Frozen raspberries create a slightly chilled, ice-cream-like texture as they melt.

  • For a meal-prep version, mix the yogurt and protein in advance and store it in jars. Add toppings just before eating.

  • Try swapping raspberries for strawberries or cherries for a flavor twist.
