Ingredients:

  • 150 g almond flour

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 lidful apple cider vinegar

  • 5 tsp psyllium

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 225 ml hot water

  • Chia seeds (2-3 tsp, optional)

  • Flax seeds (2-3 tsp, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix almond flour, egg whites, apple cider vinegar, psyllium, baking powder, salt, chia seeds, and flax seeds.

  2. Add Hot Water: Gradually add hot water, mixing continuously until a dough forms.

  3. Shape Rolls: Shape dough into 8 small balls and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake: Bake at 370°F (190°C) for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
