Serving Size: 1 mug
Calories & Macros per Serving: Varies based on milk and protein powder

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk (any kind)
• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Optional Toppings:
• Whipped cream
• Marshmallows
• Cocoa powder
• Chocolate chips
• Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of milk to a mug.

  2. Warm the milk in the microwave for 1–2 minutes, or heat on the stove until hot but not boiling.

  3. Add 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder into the hot milk.

  4. Whisk, froth, or blend until completely smooth with no clumps.

  5. Taste and adjust thickness — add a splash of milk if you want it thinner.

  6. Add toppings if you want them. Drink warm.

Tips

• Heat first — hot milk mixes protein easier than cold.
• A milk frother or blender gives the smoothest texture.
• Marshmallows make it sweeter as they melt.
• Whipped cream turns it into a dessert drink.
• Works with dairy or dairy-free milk.
