Ingredients
• 1 cup milk (any kind)
• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Optional Toppings:
• Whipped cream

• Cinnamon
Instructions
Add 1 cup of milk to a mug.
Warm the milk in the microwave for 1–2 minutes, or heat on the stove until hot but not boiling.

Whisk, froth, or blend until completely smooth with no clumps.
Taste and adjust thickness — add a splash of milk if you want it thinner.
Add toppings if you want them. Drink warm.
Tips
• Heat first — hot milk mixes protein easier than cold.
• A milk frother or blender gives the smoothest texture.
• Marshmallows make it sweeter as they melt.
• Whipped cream turns it into a dessert drink.
• Works with dairy or dairy-free milk.
