Ingredients
Bread slices (2–4, any kind you like)
Spaghetti sauce (homemade or store-bought, reheated)
Shredded cheese (mozzarella or your favorite blend)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to broil.
Toast the bread slices lightly in a toaster or skillet until golden.
Place toasted bread on a baking sheet.
Spread warm spaghetti sauce over each slice.
Top with shredded cheese.
Broil for 2–4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Let cool slightly and enjoy.
Tips
Toasting the bread first makes the base crispier and less soggy.
Great way to use up leftover sauce—super budget-friendly and quick.
