Spinach & Feta Egg White Wrap

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup egg whites

  • ½ cup fresh spinach (or a small handful)

  • 2–3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

  • 1 tortilla (flour or whole wheat)

Instructions:

  1. Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted, stirring occasionally.

  3. Pour in the egg whites and scramble with the spinach until fully cooked, about 2–3 minutes.

  4. Stir in crumbled feta cheese and remove from heat.

  5. Warm the tortilla in a skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds until soft.

  6. Spoon the egg white mixture into the center of the tortilla.

  7. Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a burrito.

  8. Serve warm.
