Antipasto Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb prosciutto, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 lb salami, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 lb mozzarella cheese balls

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn (optional)

Your Choice of Vegetables:

  • 1/4 lb marinated artichoke hearts

  • 1/4 lb pitted olives

  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Roasted red peppers, grilled zucchini, or grilled eggplant

Instructions:

  1. Assemble Skewers: Thread ingredients onto skewers, alternating meats, cheese, basil, and vegetables in any preferred order.

  2. Serve: Enjoy immediately.

Tips:

  • Extra Flavor: Marinate skewers in olive oil and balsamic vinegar for 30 minutes before serving.

  • Make Ahead: Assemble skewers, wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
