Ingredients:
1/2 lb prosciutto, thinly sliced
1/2 lb salami, thinly sliced
1/4 lb mozzarella cheese balls
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn (optional)
Your Choice of Vegetables:
1/4 lb marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 lb pitted olives
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Cherry tomatoes
Roasted red peppers, grilled zucchini, or grilled eggplant
Instructions:
Assemble Skewers: Thread ingredients onto skewers, alternating meats, cheese, basil, and vegetables in any preferred order.
Serve: Enjoy immediately.
Tips:
Extra Flavor: Marinate skewers in olive oil and balsamic vinegar for 30 minutes before serving.
