Ingredients:
5 large eggs
6 slices prosciutto
1/4 cup shredded cheese (any variety)
1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin with oil or non-stick spray.
Line Muffin Cups: Press 1 slice of prosciutto into each muffin cup to form a cup shape.
Mix Eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper.
