Ingredients:
1 full salmon fillet (good quality, like wild caught salmon)
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 lemon slices
Instructions:
Soak Plank: Submerge a cedar plank in water for 1 hour to prevent burning.
Season Salmon: Rub the salmon fillet with coconut sugar and salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (350-400°F). Place soaked cedar plank on the grill for 5 minutes.
Grill Salmon: Place salmon fillet (skin-side down) on the hot plank. Top with lemon slices.
Cook: Close grill lid. Cook for about 18 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Adjust time based on thickness.
