Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked or shredded chicken (about 280g)

  • 6 oz (170g) cream cheese, cubed and softened

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (245g)

  • ½ cup cottage cheese (110g)

  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce (60ml), or to taste

    Optional Spices :

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 4 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Lightly spray or brush a 2- or 3-quart baking dish with oil.

  3. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and stir until fully combined.

  4. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly on top.

  6. Serve warm with veggies like carrots, celery, or cucumbers.

Tips

  • Great way to use up leftover or rotisserie chicken.

  • You can use more or less buffalo sauce depending on how spicy you like it.

  • For a smoother texture, blend the cheeses together before adding the chicken.

  • Serve it as a dip or scoop onto sliced cucumber or bell pepper boats.
