Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (5 oz / 142 g) tortilla chips

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

  • 1/4 cup guacamole

  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Broiler: Set your oven’s broiler to low.

  2. Assemble Nachos: Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded chicken over chips. Dot with guacamole and salsa. Top with shredded cheese.

  3. Broil: Place baking sheet under the broiler for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Watch closely to avoid burning.

  4. Serve: Remove from oven and serve immediately.
