Ingredients
2 soft tortillas (corn or flour)
1 cup shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or homemade)
2 tbsp guacamole
1 tbsp salsa (your favorite)
¼ cup shredded cheese
Optional Ingredients
¼ cup black beans or pinto beans
Chopped lettuce
Hot sauce, sour cream, or lime juice
Instructions
Warm tortillas in a skillet for 30–60 seconds per side, or microwave for 10–15 seconds.
If using leftover or rotisserie chicken, warm slightly in a pan or microwave.
Assemble tacos: Start with chicken, then add guac, salsa, cheese, and any optional toppings.
Serve immediately, or pack into a container for an easy meal prep lunch.
