Ingredients

  • 2 soft tortillas (corn or flour)

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or homemade)

  • 2 tbsp guacamole

  • 1 tbsp salsa (your favorite)

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese

Optional Ingredients

  • ¼ cup black beans or pinto beans

  • Chopped lettuce

  • Hot sauce, sour cream, or lime juice

Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas in a skillet for 30–60 seconds per side, or microwave for 10–15 seconds.

  2. If using leftover or rotisserie chicken, warm slightly in a pan or microwave.

  3. Assemble tacos: Start with chicken, then add guac, salsa, cheese, and any optional toppings.

  4. Serve immediately, or pack into a container for an easy meal prep lunch.
