Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients:

    • In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats, chocolate milk, cocoa powder, mashed banana, maple syrup, and chocolate protein powder (if using).

  2. Refrigerate Overnight:

    • Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight.
