Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 cup milk (any type)
1 tablespoon honey
½ cup mixed berries
1 scoop protein powder (optional, any flavor)
Optional: Almond or peanut butter
Optional: Chia seeds
Instructions:
Mix Ingredients:
In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, milk, honey, mixed berries, and protein powder (if using).
Stir until well combined.
Refrigerate Overnight:
Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
Serve & Enjoy:
Serve chilled. Stir again before eating if needed.
