Vanilla Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup milk (any type)

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • ½ cup mixed berries

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional, any flavor)

  • Optional: Almond or peanut butter

  • Optional: Chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients:

    • In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, milk, honey, mixed berries, and protein powder (if using).

    • Stir until well combined.

  2. Refrigerate Overnight:

    • Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).

  3. Serve & Enjoy:

    • Serve chilled. Stir again before eating if needed.
