Cinnamon Protein Ice Cream (Ninja Creami)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1 scoop cinnamon-flavored protein powder

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional add-in:

    1 crumbled graham cracker or cinnamon rice cake (added after spin)

    Crushed graham cracker

    Cinnamon granola (added after spin)

    Swirl of honey or maple syrup

    Chopped pecans or walnuts

    Apple chunks (raw or sautéed)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the base:
    Whisk or shake together milk, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

  2. Freeze:
    Pour into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze flat for 8–12 hours.

  3. Spin:
    Run on the Lite Ice Cream setting.
    If crumbly, add a splash of milk and re-spin.
    You might need 2–3 re-spins for best texture.

  4. Add mix-ins:
    Add crumbled crackers or any mix-ins, then press the Mix-In button to combine.

Tips:

  • Want a fall twist? Add a pinch of nutmeg or clove to the mix.

  • For extra creaminess, use 2% or whole milk.
