Cookie Dough Protein Bars

Ingredients:
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
2 tbsp almond butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
2–3 tbsp melted chocolate (for topping)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
Add protein powder and almond flour, and stir until a dough forms.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Press dough into a small parchment-lined container to create an even layer.
Spread melted chocolate on top.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then cut into bars.
Tips:
Add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
Store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month.
Add another scoop of protein for more protein.
