Cookie Dough Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

  • 2–3 tbsp melted chocolate (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.

  2. Add protein powder and almond flour, and stir until a dough forms.

  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

  4. Press dough into a small parchment-lined container to create an even layer.

  5. Spread melted chocolate on top.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then cut into bars.

Tips:

  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor.

  • Store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month.

  • Add another scoop of protein for more protein.
