Ingredients:

  • 12 Medjool dates (pitted)

  • ½ cup almond butter or peanut butter

  • ½ cup melted chocolate

  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (peanuts, almonds, or mixed)

  • Optional: pinch of flaky salt

Instructions:

  1. Line a small tray with parchment paper.

  2. Flatten the pitted dates between your fingers and press them onto the parchment to form a tight, flat rectangle (like a crust).

  3. Spread nut butter evenly over the date layer.

  4. Drizzle or spread melted chocolate on top.

  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts and flaky salt over the chocolate.

  6. Chill in the fridge or freezer until set, then cut into squares or break into pieces.
