No-Bake Protein Brownie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 8 Medjool dates

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • 4 tbsp chocolate protein powder

  • 4 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, blend the dates until sticky and broken down.

  2. Add almond flour, protein powder, cacao powder, and maple syrup.

  3. Blend until a thick, brownie-like dough forms.

  4. Scoop into a small bowl and press it flat.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving with a spoon.

Tips:

  • Makes 2 rich servings, but feel free to double or triple the recipe to make more.

  • Top with chocolate chips, nut butter drizzle, or sea salt for extra flavor.
