No-Bake Protein Brownie Bowl

Ingredients:
8 Medjool dates
½ cup almond flour
4 tbsp chocolate protein powder
4 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
In a food processor, blend the dates until sticky and broken down.
Add almond flour, protein powder, cacao powder, and maple syrup.
Blend until a thick, brownie-like dough forms.
Scoop into a small bowl and press it flat.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving with a spoon.
Tips:
Makes 2 rich servings, but feel free to double or triple the recipe to make more.
Top with chocolate chips, nut butter drizzle, or sea salt for extra flavor.
