Energy Rolls

Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates
¼ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup chocolate chips
Optional: 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds, flaxseeds, or hemp seeds for extra texture
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the dates, coconut, almonds, and chocolate chips until well combined.
If using, add protein powder and your choice of seeds (chia, flax, or hemp) and mix again until the mixture holds together.
Shape the mixture into a log using your hands.
Wrap the log in parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Slice into 8 equal rolls and enjoy.
Tips:
For extra crunch and nutrition, add flaxseeds or hemp seeds.
A pinch of sea salt or a splash of vanilla can boost flavor.
