Grilled Cilantro Lime Chicken Wings

Ingredients
• 2–3 lbs chicken wings
• Juice of 2 limes
• ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1–2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
Optional Add-Ins
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• Lime zest from 1 lime
Instructions
Prepare the wings.
Pat the wings dry with paper towels.Dry wings brown better on the grill.
Make the marinade.
In a large bowl, combine:• Lime juice
• Cilantro
• Garlic
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepperAdd any optional seasonings if using.
Marinate the wings.
Add wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.Cover and refrigerate for:

Grill the wings.

The wings are done when:

• Skin is lightly charred
• Juices run clearRest briefly.
