Ground Beef Sliders

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (80/20)
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese of choice)
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 Hawaiian rolls
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional Spice: Paprika, cayenne pepper, or your preferred seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Prepare the beef mixture: In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, and your chosen spice until just combined.
Shape the patties: Divide the beef mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
Cook the patties: Add olive oil to the skillet or grill pan. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until well-cooked and golden brown. Place the cheese on the patties during the last minute of cooking so it melts.
Toast the rolls: If desired, toast the Hawaiian rolls in the same skillet or on a separate pan.
Assemble the burgers: Place the cooked patties on the Hawaiian rolls. Add your favorite toppings or condiments.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips:
Add pickles, tomatoes, or lettuce for extra flavor.
For a spicy kick, mix cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes into the beef mixture.
