Ham Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 6 Hawaiian rolls

  • 12 slices ham (any type you prefer)

  • 6 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or your favorite)

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

  • Poppy seeds for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and honey (if using).

  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottoms on a baking sheet.

  4. Layer 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each roll bottom.

  5. Spread the mustard-honey mixture on the roll tops if using.

  6. Place the tops over the sliders to close them.

  7. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

  8. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.

Tips:

  • Add extras like pickles, caramelized onions, mayo, or lettuce.
