Serving Size: 2–3 tablespoons (Makes about 6 servings)
Calories & Macros per Serving: Varies based on brie and maple syrup used
Ingredients
• 1 wheel of Brie (8 oz)
• ¼ cup chopped pecans
• 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup
Optional Add-Ons
• Dried cranberries
• Fresh rosemary
• Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove the Brie from any plastic and place the wheel on a small baking dish or oven-safe plate.
You can leave the rind on — it keeps the cheese together as it melts.Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the top of the Brie.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the pecans.
Try to cover the surface so everything gets glossy and caramelized.Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the Brie feels soft in the center and the maple syrup looks bubbly.
Don’t overbake — it should melt gently, not leak everywhere.Remove from the oven and let sit 1–2 minutes so it settles.
Serve warm with crackers or sliced bread.
Tips
• If you want more texture, lightly toast the pecans in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes.
• Brie rind is edible — leave it on.
• Add dried cranberries or rosemary for a holiday feel.
• Serve immediately — once Brie cools, it firms up again.
• Great for spreading on crackers, apples, or warm bread.
