Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 cup Kodiak pancake mix

  • 1 cup milk (any type)

  • 1 scoop protein powder

For Serving:

  • Maple syrup (optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

  • Banana or apple slices with cinnamon

  • Greek yogurt

  • Chocolate chips or crushed nuts

  • Nut butter or honey

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, and protein powder until smooth.

  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Pour half of the batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

  4. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
