Homemade Honey Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (227g) grass-fed butter, softened

  • ¼ cup (85g) honey

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional but recommended)

  • Pinch of sea salt (only if using unsalted butter)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Whip with a hand mixer for 1–2 minutes until light and fluffy.

  3. Transfer to a container and chill for at least 1 hour for best flavor.

Tips

  • Sweeter version: You can go up to ⅓ cup honey if you want a true dessert-style spread.

  • Let sit out for 5–10 minutes before spreading for best texture.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (or freeze in small portions!).
