Homemade Honey Butter

Ingredients
1 cup (227g) grass-fed butter, softened
¼ cup (85g) honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional but recommended)
Pinch of sea salt (only if using unsalted butter)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl.
Whip with a hand mixer for 1–2 minutes until light and fluffy.
Transfer to a container and chill for at least 1 hour for best flavor.
Tips
Sweeter version: You can go up to ⅓ cup honey if you want a true dessert-style spread.
Let sit out for 5–10 minutes before spreading for best texture.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (or freeze in small portions!).
