1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 scoop protein powder (optional — strawberry or vanilla flavor)
2 tbsp chia seeds
Unsweetened coconut flakes (for topping)
Instructions
Blend:
