Strawberry Chia Yogourt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional — strawberry or vanilla flavor)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • Unsweetened coconut flakes (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Blend:
    – In a blender, combine the yogurt, strawberries, and optional protein powder. Blend until smooth.

  2. Mix in chia:
    – Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar.
    – Stir in the chia seeds until evenly mixed.

  3. Chill:
    – Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until it thickens.

  4. Serve:
    – Top with unsweetened coconut flakes right before eating.
