Ingredients:

  • 1 cup protein powder (e.g., Equip – iced coffee flavor, ~90g)

  • ¼ cup melted ghee

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp melted chocolate (for drizzling on top)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix protein powder, melted ghee, and maple syrup until a thick dough forms.

  2. Press firmly into a dish or silicone mold and smooth the top.

  3. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top.

  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Slice into 6 bars and enjoy!
