Ingredients:
1 cup protein powder (e.g., Equip – iced coffee flavor, ~90g)
¼ cup melted ghee
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp melted chocolate (for drizzling on top)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix protein powder, melted ghee, and maple syrup until a thick dough forms.
Press firmly into a dish or silicone mold and smooth the top.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
