Banana Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 scoops protein powder (about 40–45g total)

  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • A pinch of salt

  • 2–3 tbsp chocolate chips (plus extra for topping if desired)

Instructions:

  1. Add banana, protein powder, coconut oil, and salt to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.

  4. Pour into a small parchment-lined dish or silicone mold and smooth the top.

  5. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 30–60 minutes until firm.

  6. Slice into 4 bars and enjoy! Best if stored in the freezer.

Tips:

  • Store in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 1 month.

  • If the texture is too soft, add 1 tbsp almond flour or quick oats before blending.
