Banana Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
2 scoops protein powder (about 40–45g total)
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
A pinch of salt
2–3 tbsp chocolate chips (plus extra for topping if desired)
Instructions:
Add banana, protein powder, coconut oil, and salt to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
Pour into a small parchment-lined dish or silicone mold and smooth the top.
Chill in the fridge or freezer for 30–60 minutes until firm.
Slice into 4 bars and enjoy! Best if stored in the freezer.
Tips:
Store in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
If the texture is too soft, add 1 tbsp almond flour or quick oats before blending.
