Ingredients:

  • 5-6 slices prosciutto

  • Arugula

  • 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • Cottage cheese (or mozzarella/ricotta cheese)

  • Optional: balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Prosciutto: Lay slices of prosciutto flat.

  2. Fillings: Top each slice with a small handful of arugula, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and cottage cheese.
