5-6 slices prosciutto
Arugula
2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Cottage cheese (or mozzarella/ricotta cheese)
Optional: balsamic glaze
Instructions:

Fillings: Top each slice with a small handful of arugula, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and cottage cheese.
