Ingredients:

  • Cucumber slices

  • Tomato slices

  • Avocado slices

  • Chopped chives

  • Horseradish (mix a small amount into the cream cheese)

Instructions:

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

  2. Layer smoked salmon on one slice.

  3. Add onion and any optional ingredients like arugula, cucumber, or avocado.
