Ingredients:
4 oz ground beef
1 tsp olive oil
1–2 tsp taco seasoning (or just salt & pepper)
2 small soft tortillas

Instructions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and ground beef.
Cook, breaking up the meat with a spatula, for 6–8 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir and let simmer for another 1–2 minutes until well combined.
While beef is cooking, warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Fill tortillas with cooked beef and your favorite toppings.
Tips:
Great for meal prep: cook the meat ahead of time and reheat when ready to eat.
Keep toppings simple: salsa, avocado, or cheese make it delicious with minimal effort.
Want extra crunch? Add some shredded cabbage or romaine.
Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
