Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (any kind)

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Add milk, chocolate protein powder, frozen banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until thick, creamy, and smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Tips:

  • For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add a few ice cubes.

  • Want to boost fiber? Add a handful of spinach (you won’t taste it).

  • Make it sweeter with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if needed.
