Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup milk (any kind)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Add milk, chocolate protein powder, frozen banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt to a blender.
Blend on high until thick, creamy, and smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Tips:
For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add a few ice cubes.
Want to boost fiber? Add a handful of spinach (you won’t taste it).
Make it sweeter with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if needed.
