Berries Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (any kind)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • ½ cup ice

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Add milk, vanilla protein powder, frozen berries, ice, and a pinch of salt to a blender.

  2. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Tips:

  • For a thicker texture, use less milk or add more ice.

  • Want it sweeter? Add 1 tsp of maple syrup or half a banana.

  • Great post-workout smoothie or quick breakfast option.
