Berries Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup milk (any kind)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup ice
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Add milk, vanilla protein powder, frozen berries, ice, and a pinch of salt to a blender.
Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Tips:
For a thicker texture, use less milk or add more ice.
Want it sweeter? Add 1 tsp of maple syrup or half a banana.
Great post-workout smoothie or quick breakfast option.
