Banana, Fig & Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup milk (any kind)
1 ripe banana (frozen banana makes it thicker)
2–3 dried figs (stems removed)
1 tbsp almond butter
Pinch of salt
Vanilla Protein powder (Optional)
Instructions:
Add milk, banana, figs, almond butter, and a pinch of salt to a blender.
Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Tips:
For a colder smoothie, use a frozen banana or add ice.
Want extra protein? Add a scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder.
Optional toppings: a sprinkle of cinnamon, whip cream, granola, or crushed almonds on top.
