Banana, Fig & Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (any kind)

  • 1 ripe banana (frozen banana makes it thicker)

  • 2–3 dried figs (stems removed)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • Pinch of salt

  • Vanilla Protein powder (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add milk, banana, figs, almond butter, and a pinch of salt to a blender.

  2. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Tips:

  • For a colder smoothie, use a frozen banana or add ice.

  • Want extra protein? Add a scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder.

  • Optional toppings: a sprinkle of cinnamon, whip cream, granola, or crushed almonds on top.
