Ingredients:
1 can tuna, drained
½ cup cottage cheese
¼ cup celery, chopped
¼ cup red onion, chopped
Salt, pepper, and herbs of choice (parsley, dill, etc.)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the tuna and cottage cheese until smooth.
Stir in chopped celery, red onion, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
Serve with crackers, veggies, or use as a spread.
