Viral Pistachio Snickers

Ingredients
10–12 Medjool dates (pitted)
½ cup pistachio peanut butter
½ cup chopped pistachios
½ cup melted dark chocolate
Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Line a tray or plate with a piece of parchment paper.
Place the pitted dates in a single layer on the parchment.
Cover with another piece of parchment paper and use your hands or a rolling pin to gently flatten the dates into an even layer.
Remove the top parchment.
Spread pistachio peanut butter evenly over the flattened dates.
Sprinkle with half of the chopped pistachios.
Pour or drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top, spreading evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining chopped pistachios on top.
Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt, if using.
Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Slice into small squares or bars and enjoy!
