Pistachio Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • ½ cup pistachio peanut butter

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2-3 tbsp chopped pistachios

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, pistachio peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, chopped pistachios, sea salt, and optional mini chocolate chips.

  2. Mix everything together until well combined.

  3. Roll into 12 equal-sized balls.

  4. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray or plate.

  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Tips

  • Store protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

  • Use a cookie scoop for even-sized balls.

  • Swap vanilla protein powder for chocolate if you prefer a different flavor.

  • Add an extra pinch of sea salt on top before chilling for a salty-sweet touch.
