Yogurt with Blue Majik

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

  • 1 tsp Blue Majik (E3Live or similar)

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut, chia seeds, flax seeds, nuts, granola

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt with Blue Majik until evenly colored.

  2. Add sliced banana and drizzle honey on top.

  3. If using, stir in protein powder until smooth.

  4. Top with your favorite crunchy toppings and enjoy!

Tips

  • Use frozen banana slices for a cooler, thicker texture.

  • Add protein to turn it into a balanced post-workout snack.

  • Adjust sweetness by using more or less honey, or swap for maple syrup.
