Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs:
    Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cook for 11–15 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel.

  2. Make the filling:
    Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash in a bowl. Add mayo, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

  3. Assemble:
    Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with extra paprika if desired.

  4. Serve:
    Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.

Tips:

  • Make ahead: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

  • Extra flavor: Add garlic powder, onion powder, or cayenne for a little kick.
