Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Boil the eggs:
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cook for 11–15 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel.Make the filling:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash in a bowl. Add mayo, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.Assemble:
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with extra paprika if desired.Serve:
