Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grapes, halved

  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced

  • ½ lemon, juiced (optional)

Optional Fruit Additions:

  • Kiwi

  • Pineapple

  • Pear

  • Plums

  • Orange

  • Apple

  • Banana (add right before serving to prevent browning)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruits: Wash all the fresh fruits thoroughly. Halve the grapes, peel and dice the mango, and chop larger berries like strawberries into smaller pieces.

  2. Combine the Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the grapes, pomegranate seeds, mixed berries, diced mango, and any optional fruits you choose. Drizzle with lemon juice for extra freshness.

  3. Mix Gently: Toss the fruits gently to distribute them evenly without mashing them.

  4. Chill & Serve: Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a more refreshing taste.

Tips:

  • Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces for easier eating.

  • Use a mix of fresh and frozen fruits for extra juiciness as frozen fruits release their juices when thawed.

  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

  • Freezing: Freeze portions and thaw in the fridge before serving. The natural fruit juices will enhance the flavor.
