Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (90g) chocolate chips

  • ½ cup (160g) maple syrup

  • ½ cup (128g) peanut butter or almond butter

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until a dough forms.

  2. Roll into balls: Shape into 12 equal-sized balls (about 1-inch diameter).

  3. Refrigerate: Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
