Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup (192g) peanut butter

  • 1 cup (80g) shredded unsweetened coconut

  • ½ cup (90g) mini chocolate chips

  • ½ cup (160g) honey

  • ½ cup (40g) oats

  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

  2. Form balls: Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

  3. Refrigerate: Place in the refrigerator until firm (about 30 minutes).

  4. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Adjust texture: If the mixture is too sticky, add more protein powder or oats. If it’s too dry, add a little extra honey or peanut butter.

  • Customize mix-ins: Add dried fruit, seeds, or chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture.
