Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (dry or low-moisture works best)

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat:

    • Air fryer: Preheat to 375°F

    • Oven: Preheat to 425°F

  2. Mix: In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, parmesan, and seasonings.

  3. Scoop: Line a tray or air fryer basket with parchment paper.
    Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the parchment, spaced apart.

  4. Cook:

    Air Fryer:
    Air fry for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are golden and crispy.

    Oven:
    Bake for 18–22 minutes, until browned and crisp.

Tips:

  • The cottage cheese will melt and crisp—don’t worry if they spread a little!

  • Use dry curd cottage cheese or strain regular cottage cheese for best results.

  • Best enjoyed fresh for maximum crispiness.

  • Sprinkle extra parmesan on top before baking for a golden crust.
