Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup milk (any type)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions:

  1. In a jar, combine oats, milk, protein powder (if using), blueberries, and honey.

  2. Stir until everything is well mixed.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4–6 hours.

  4. In the morning, stir again and enjoy.

Tips:

  • Add a handful of nuts or seeds before serving for extra texture.

  • For a thicker consistency, reduce the milk or stir in 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.

  • Prefer a different flavor? Swap honey for maple syrup.
