Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats

  • ½ cup milk (any type)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

  • ½ apple, diced

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • ½ tablespoon butter (only if sautéing the apple)

Optional Topping:

  • Crushed graham cracker

Instructions:

  1. Optional: In a skillet, sauté the diced apple with butter, cinnamon, and maple syrup for 2–3 minutes until softened.

  2. In a jar, combine oats, milk, protein powder (if using), cinnamon, and maple syrup.

  3. Stir in the sautéed or raw diced apple.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  5. In the morning, top with crushed graham cracker before serving.
