Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ cup chocolate milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
2 tablespoons yogurt (optional)
Toppings:
Sliced banana
Shaved chocolate or chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, chocolate milk, protein powder (if using), and yogurt (if using).
Mix thoroughly to prevent clumping.
Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to begin absorbing the liquid.
Stir again to break up any clumps.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
