Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients:
1 large chicken breast, diced
1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1½ cups uncooked pasta (like penne or fettuccine)
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Boil in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the chicken: In a skillet with a little olive oil, cook the diced chicken with garlic over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
Add Alfredo sauce: Pour Alfredo sauce into the skillet with the chicken. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Combine with pasta: Add cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until well coated.
Finish with cheese: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Serve warm.
Tips:
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Add a handful of spinach or frozen peas for a little extra color and nutrition (optional).
