½ cup cream cheese
½ cup cottage cheese
5 oz smoked salmon, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
Instructions:
Blend or mix cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.
Blending: Use a blender or food processor for an ultra-creamy, whipped texture.
Mixing: Stir by hand for a chunkier consistency with more texture.
Stir in smoked salmon, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Serve with crackers, veggies, or spread it on toast.
