Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cream cheese

  • ½ cup cottage cheese

  • 5 oz smoked salmon, chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Instructions:

  1. Blend or mix cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.

    • Blending: Use a blender or food processor for an ultra-creamy, whipped texture.

    • Mixing: Stir by hand for a chunkier consistency with more texture.

  2. Stir in smoked salmon, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Serve with crackers, veggies, or spread it on toast.

Tips:

  • Add fresh dill or chives for extra flavor.
