Chicken Salad on Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300 g) cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed (canned chicken works too!)

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup (60 g) celery, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup (30 g) red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup (40 g) red grapes, halved (optional but adds sweetness)

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • Large lettuce leaves or salad greens for wraps

Instructions:

  1. Make Chicken Salad:

    • In a large bowl, combine chicken, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, celery, red onion, and red grapes.

    • Stir until well mixed.

    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Prepare Wraps: Lay lettuce leaves or salad greens flat.

  3. Fill Wraps: Spoon chicken salad mixture onto each lettuce leaf.

  4. Roll Wraps: Roll leaves to form wraps. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

  5. Serve: Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
