Ingredients:
2 cups (300 g) cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed (canned chicken works too!)
1/2 cup (125 ml) Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
1/2 cup (60 g) celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup (30 g) red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup (40 g) red grapes, halved (optional but adds sweetness)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Large lettuce leaves or salad greens for wraps
Instructions:
Make Chicken Salad:
In a large bowl, combine chicken, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, celery, red onion, and red grapes.
Stir until well mixed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare Wraps: Lay lettuce leaves or salad greens flat.
Fill Wraps: Spoon chicken salad mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
Roll Wraps: Roll leaves to form wraps. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
