Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp chicken Montreal seasoning

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • 1 onion, cut into pieces

  • 1 bell pepper, cut into pieces

  • 4-6 skewers

Instructions:
