Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chicken Montreal seasoning
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 onion, cut into pieces
1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
4-6 skewers
Instructions:
Prepare Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
